NEW AMENDMENT for WOMEN RIGHT - IPC 233
I have predicted Amendements in Indian Law on 3 July 2015.
I have specify timing from September 2015 to December 2016 ,and I am reminding the readers , that wait for more amendments in the seconld half of the same year (2016)
Women belonging to SCs/STs who are victims of rape and gang rape will now get relief of up to Rs 5 lakh and Rs 8.25 lakh, a separate provision introduced for the first time, and those suffering other atrocities of grievous nature will get relief on conclusion of trial even if it does not end in conviction.

A latest news went viral on social media about a new Anti-rape law being passed named Indian penal code 233 or IPC 233 which stated as the following :-
“A new law has been passed and under section Indian penal code 233, if a girl is suspected to be raped or getting raped, she has a right to kill the man, injure his sexual organ or harm the person within ipc 233. In such a situation, the girl would not be charged with murder.
