UNITED KINGDOM --WHO IS THE NEXT EMPEROR ?

 Queen Elizabeth reign of 61 years is currently the second longest for a British monarch; only Queen Victoria, her great-great grandmother, has reigned longer, at over 63 years. Now everybody has curiosity to know who is going to be the next Emperor . Although the turn is of Prince Charles , as per planetary position I am not able to see traits of a Emperor in his chart yet Prince William born with good fate . 
Holding of a Nation's Administration is not a easy job ,to get this status and to hold it are two different things. With respect to Prince Charles that he should handed over this position to his son .
